💥 Emergency Solution 💥
Yesterday, we carried out a particularly urgent job:
An adjustment inside a gas scrubber, performed under time pressure and with limited preparation time. Despite this, we were still able to implement a well-thought-out and safe approach to the work – essential when working in a tight, confined space.
During this job, we performed an inspection and replaced one droplet trap. At the same time, a new custom-made support was fabricated and installed immediately.
A great example of quick thinking, working safely, and acting in a solution-oriented manner under challenging circumstances.

Fish Tanks
💥 Reinforcement 💥
Competition? I don't see it that way. I see it as colleagues in the same field, and if you can help each other, you just do it. Simple enough.
I got to carry out a great job for Jurian at Kingfish in Zeeland. A challenging project, but with a sleek result.
We extruded the bottom and third rings from the bottom onto the tanks. In total, we modified four tanks. Another great collaboration and a successful job to look back on!

💥 HDPE power 💥
Op maat gemaakte bodemplaat voor een Polaris RZR.
Deze buggy deed mee aan de Morocco Desert Challenge 2025 – meer dan 3.100 kilometer door stenen, duinen en ruig terrein.
De bodemplaat heeft flink wat te verduren gehad. Ondanks een klein ontwerpfoutje in het voorste deel, is het project toch een groot succes geworden. Het toont maar weer aan hoe slagvast HDPE is.
De plaat is gemaakt van 12 mm dik HDPE.
Ook de zijkappen en de beschermdelen rond de achterverlichting zijn vervangen door op maat gemaakte onderdelen van mijn hand.
De eerste foto is het oginele, wat heel snel uitscheurt en de laatste foto is naar de rally.

Sometimes you get called to weld extra bushings into Bolputten. So we just go ahead and do it. For this job, we added 4 bushings of 160 on site.

Still, it always feels good to modify a tank for someone. This time it involved an AdBlue tank, which was modified so that it could be installed in a completely different location. And of course, we made sure everything fit perfectly, resulting in a beautiful finished product.

In between the busy schedule and ongoing projects, we completely overhauled this Valtra tank for a local tree nursery.
Cleaning ➡️ Measuring ➡️ Sawing
No half measures.
Then we put the puzzle pieces back together and welded them into a beautiful tank.
A result we stand behind 100%. 🔥

Daarom hebben we bij Green Logix Biogas een gerichte aanpassing uitgevoerd aan het sproeisysteem en het leidingwerk van 2 tanks.
Geen lange stilstand. Geen gedoe.
Gewoon oplossen.
🔧 Uitgevoerd in PP (polypropyleen)
→ bestand tegen hoge temperaturen
→ chemisch resistent
→ lange levensduur
Maar waar het écht om draait:
👉 Snel schakelen
👉 Goed voorbereiden (prefab)
👉 Werk in één keer goed doen
Doordat we vooraf al werk hadden geprefabt, konden we:
✔️ efficiënt uitvoeren
✔️ extra reparaties meenemen
✔️ en de installatie snel weer laten draaien
En dat is uiteindelijk waar het om gaat.
👉 Minimale downtime, maximaal resultaat.
